Terms and Conditions

The Hadhramout International Community College app gives authorized students access to their information and educational and administrative services, including their profile, courses and grades, class schedule, notifications, tuition fees, and fee history. The information and services shown to each student depend on their account and records in the college’s education system.

The college creates student accounts and determines their access permissions. The app does not allow users to create accounts themselves. Students must use only their own account, protect their sign-in details, and not share them with others. If a student suspects unauthorized access to their account, they should contact technical support at support@hic.edu.ye.

The app is for accessing educational and administrative services provided by the college. Users must not attempt to access another person’s account or data, bypass security measures, disrupt the service, or use it in a way that violates college rules or the rights of other users.

The app displays information from the college’s education system. If a student finds an error in their personal data, courses, grades, schedule, or fees, they may request a review and correction by contacting prog.coor@hic.edu.ye. The college will review the request against its records and approved procedures.

The app displays fees due and the fee history associated with the student’s account. The app does not process payments or allow payment receipt uploads in its current version. Fee inquiries or disputes are subject to the college’s approved procedures.

The app may send notifications about student services or academic information. Students can manage app notifications in their device settings.

Some app features require an internet connection and the availability of the college’s systems. Features may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, troubleshooting, or updates that improve the service and its security. App features may change over time, and these terms will be updated when necessary.

The college name and logo, app content, and interfaces are protected by the rights of their respective owners. Students may use the app for its intended purposes, but may not copy or republish its content or use the college’s visual identity without permission.

The college may suspend access to an account or change its permissions based on the student’s status and approved procedures, or if unauthorized use is detected. Suspension of access to the app does not delete records retained in the college’s education system or archive.

The college may update these terms when services or related procedures change. The updated version will be published on this page, and additional notice will be provided if a change significantly affects students’ use of the app.
